OCR: AM/FM TITLE: NOTECH. PRODUCER : DRIFTERS. DISKS: ONE. MEMORY: HALF MEG. DRIVES ONE. MUSIC STYLE: RAVE/HOUSE. WHERE 17-BIT SOFTWARE. DISK NUMBER : 1149. PRICE : 89P. REVIEW: The Rebels (congratulations Heatbeat on a great tune in your Boombastic demo), were the first group to produce a classic coma demo. Now we have the second, courtesy of the Drifters. The disk kicks off with a bog standard intro telling you who produced the disk and what it`s called. As soon as all the formalities are over with the music kicks up, and what music it is too. Just about straight away you`re greeted with a pulsating beat and squillions of samples. A few of the samples that feature in the mix are, 808 State-Cubic, the infamous C`mon sample and the not so famous Dance You Got The Chance` sample. Music disks of this quality really do show that the Amiga is a fantastic machine sonic-wise. Graphically it`s everything you`d expect. Loud flashing colours, spinning vrectors etc. Thankfully the graphics are`nt mindblowingly loud like those featured in the Intuition Megademo". In my opinion, this is one of the all-time classic music disks, and it deserves a place in everyones collection. RATING......85% AM/FM
